Life Coaching
Family Services Employee Assistance Programs is pleased to introduce
an innovation in workplace health programming: Life Coaching. Life Coaching is
a process of personal development and learning, guided by a professional Life
Coach.
Life Coaching is available as part of an Employee Assistance Program from Family Services Employee Assistance Programs (FSEAP).
A Life Coach assists individuals to focus on their goals, to explore strategies for meeting those goals and to discover and leverage their personal strengths. For organizations, Life Coaching contributes to more balanced, satisfied employees, better working relationships and increased productivity.
Life Coaching is an effective resource for employees, managers, individuals and families who are looking to make positive changes in almost any area of life, for example:

Life Coaching features:
- Consultations by phone with a personal Life Coach, a master’s level behavioral health professional
- A personal, secure Web site available 24 hours and including a message board, journal, and resource library customized to address each client’s specific life goals
