Just-In-Time Consultations

A
healthy workplace strategy promotes a supportive role for managers and makes
management of relationships with employees a top priority. But with
a new role and a demanding work environment,
it's often the manager that needs support and guidance. Just-In Time Consultations
offer managers and supervisors access to timely, professional, confidential advice
just when they need it.
