About Us
Family Services Employee Assistance Programs (FSEAP) is a business unit of Family Service Toronto (FST) and business manager for a national integrated organization of the same name. The FSEAP national organization is comprised of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers, counsellors and consultants delivering service from over 1 000 locations across Canada. We have over 30 years experience with organizations of all sizes from every economic sector. Our EAPs address not only the personal well-being of employees and their families, but also workplace dynamics, including relationships between employees and supervisors, management policies and practice.
Proceeds from our Employee Assistance Programs benefit Family Services community programming throughout Canada, including the Family Service Toronto.
Integrated Workplace Solutions [IWS] is a division of FSEAP.

Integrated Workplace Solutions [IWS] launched in 2000 as the dedicated consultative arm of FSEAP. IWS capitalizes on the experience gained through our EAP work to offer organizations a toolkit of specialized workplace health services. Our services assist companies in managing the human issues related to workplace change and competitive market challenges.
Our Consultants
IWS consultants are senior staff who have managed programs for organizations that include the University of Toronto, General Electric Canada, Molson Canada, Hydro One and Suncor Energy. They are qualified educators, trainers and clinicians with years of experience in their field. Their areas of consulting expertise include:

Family Service Toronto, our parent company and community services branch, was founded in 1914. For over 80 years, FST has been assisting families and individuals who live and work in Toronto through counselling, community development, advocacy and public education programs.
